Welcome to The Aviation AM Centre GmbH. By accessing our website, purchasing additive manufacturing (AM) products, or utilizing our engineering and production services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and commercial customers of aviation-am.com.

1.2. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version published on this website will apply to all active orders and site usage.

2. Products, Engineering & AM Services

2.1. Additive Manufacturing Scope: Aviation AM specializes in additive manufacturing services, 3D printed components, hardware, and specialized industrial solutions.

2.2. Specifications: Product specifications, CAD models, material datasheets, and technical representations provided on the website are for informational and ordering purposes. Actual printed component aesthetics or tolerances may vary within standard manufacturing thresholds unless strict custom engineering tolerances are agreed upon in writing.

2.3. Certification & Regulatory Compliance: Where applicable, specialized components manufactured or distributed by Aviation AM are provided in accordance with relevant aviation and industrial safety standards. It remains the customer's responsibility to verify that ordered components meet the regulatory requirements of their intended application unless official certification documentation (e.g., EASA Form 1 or Certificate of Conformity) is explicitly provided by us.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

3.1. Order Acceptance: All orders placed via aviation-am.com are subject to acceptance and component printability review. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors, unfeasible technical requirements, or supply constraints).

3.2. Pricing & Taxes: Prices listed on the website are quoted in the indicated currency. Applicable sales taxes, VAT, duties, or shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

3.3. Payment Methods: Payments must be made at checkout using our approved payment gateways. Orders will only enter the processing or manufacturing queue once full payment authorization is confirmed.

3.4. Promotions & Coupons: Promotional codes and discount coupons must be applied prior to completing checkout. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to processed orders or combined unless explicitly authorized.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

4.1. Delivery Estimates: Shipping times and estimated delivery dates provided during checkout or in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Aviation AM is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

4.2. Passage of Risk: Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Quality Claims

5.1. Custom & On-Demand Manufactured Parts: Due to the custom, on-demand nature of additive manufacturing, orders for custom-printed parts, tailored components, or special orders cannot be canceled or returned once manufacturing has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects or failure to meet agreed technical specifications.

5.2. Standard Non-Custom Products: Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

5.3. Defective Components: Claims regarding damaged, missing, or non-conforming items must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase and detailed photo/technical documentation.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

6.1. All original content, website designs, branding, logos, and technical documentation on aviation-am.com are the intellectual property of Aviation AM and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6.2. Any CAD files, technical drawings, or proprietary designs uploaded by customers for 3D printing remain the intellectual property of the customer. Aviation AM uses these files solely for the purpose of processing, manufacturing, and delivering the requested order.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aviation AM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, operational downtime, or indirect aircraft grounding costs) arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

7.2. Our total cumulative liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
