Is The Aviation AM Centre EASA certified for flight-ready parts?

Yes, as an EASA-certified production organization (Part 21G), we design, manufacture, and release flight-ready 3D-printed components with official EASA Form 1 documentation.

What additive manufacturing technologies do you use for aerospace components?

We utilize industrial-grade 3D printing technologies including Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM/FFF), and Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) calibrated to aerospace quality standards.

Which aerospace-approved materials do you process for 3D printing?

We manufacture parts using qualified high-performance polymers and metals, including ULTEM 9085, Antero 800NA, PEEK, PA12, Titanium (Ti6Al4V), and Inconel 718, all compliant with FAR/CS 25.853 flame, smoke, and toxicity requirements.

Can you assist with minor modifications and reverse engineering under EASA Part 21J?

Yes, we collaborate closely with EASA Part 21J Design Organizations to engineer, re-design, and qualify obsolete cabin interior components, tooling, and structural brackets.

What quality assurance and testing procedures do you apply to 3D printed parts?

Every batch undergoes rigorous quality controls, including CT scanning, tensile testing, surface roughness measurement, density analysis, and dimensional inspection according to aerospace specifications.

Do you support rapid prototyping and low-volume production series for airlines and MROs?

Yes, we specialize in low-volume series production, spare parts supply, AOG (Aircraft On Ground) rapid response manufacturing, and custom tooling for MROs, OEMs, and airline operators.
